I wouldn't worry about negative comments. Reading through this post I can see that you are responsive and condone yourself in a professional way. Here is my dilemma. I have purchased multipul themes and templates from Themeforest integrating WHMCS Bridge and they all have issues. I think the best way forward is to use a template for WHMCS. I have 5 websites and would like a centralised area for clients. My concern is that I have a separate support area managed by wordpress and would like to know if you offer custom support to integrate WHMCS into the wordpress theme from themeforest called support desk. I really like your dash theme. I just need to make sure I can add / edit menu items with ease so they wont be affected in future updates aswell so that I can send people to related websites.

I completely agree with this post. I've upgraded to the latest version. Had the white screen. Was told by support to upgrade to the latest version and now have a DB mismatch. Sickening that I have lost clients because they can't access their data and have moved to a more "reliable" host. Given that the server is running perfect but the "paid for" billing system is not its quite frustrating. I can't even get my backups to work as they used to. Even after two days of trying.

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum so hope to get to know some of you over the coming months and years. I've known about WHMCS for years but had to try every other product before coming back to what would have worked in the first place My challenge at the moment. Well there are two. 1. I can't seem to access the accounts/admin through a subdomain it tells me I have an invalid licence - anyone else had this trouble 2. This is the main one. I have a wordpress website support.onlinemastery.co.uk I want to integrate the WHMCS Knowledge base and ticket system into this website. I've started to look at the API but its a little over my head. I am a web developer but never ventured into API before. Can I either pay someone here to do it or can someone please point me / guide me through the process. Thanks in advance.
