  1. Hello Bear, thank you for the reply. In the meantime I simply logged into ENOM account and changed the namer servers to mine. I then went back into WHMCS and generated new order for hosting adding the related domains. That created the order with the domains all assigned to the client. It's basically what you posted above, so I got there in the end. Many thanks for the information. Kind Regards, Will
  2. Hello Everyone, I have registered some domains for a client through my ENOM reseller account (long story, but I couldn't access the admin area!) So his domains are now registered with ENOM (together with his personal details) however I now want to assign them to the client within WHMCS as currently under domains, he doesn't have the ones that I've registered outside of the admin area of WHMCS. How do I do this? Transferring them is no good, as they will be registered through ENOM, so no change there. I can't place new order as domains are now unavailable. Any help would be much appreciated! Many thanks. Will
  3. Thank you. I agree that deleting invoice is not themes elegant solution, I was left trying anything! I will try as you suggest, many thanks.
  4. Hi Everyone, I have a product that I want to remove from my drop down menu within my WHMCS install. When trying to remove I get the dialogue box; You cannot delete a product that is in use. To delete the product, you need to first re-assign or remove the products using it I have have tried hiding the product from the menu (tick box) but still it displays. I have located 2 clients that had previously purchased the product and deleted the invoice from their records. Still I can't remove the product!? Can anyone give me some guidance please, as the product is no longer aviablile and I don't want it being available on the drop down menu. Many thanks.
  5. Hi, Thanks for the reply, except you can't find it on Add-ons. I received a reply from mailchimp which I've posted below. It would seem there isn't an official mailchimp module after all... Cara (MailChimp) Jun 15, 11:25 AM EDT Hey there, Thank you for reaching out to us here at MailChimp Support. Jumping right in, I did a search in our Integration Directory to see if I could find an integration with WHMCS. Unfortunately I'm not seeing anything show here but I'll include our Integration Directory just in case you know of something specific to search for on that end. https://connect.mailchimp.com/ We always want to be as helpful as possible so I did a Google search and it looks like the WHMCS might have an integration for the MailChimp account. I'm sharing a the page I ran across on their website here below. https://docs.whmcs.com/Mailchimp It looks like they might be referring to the Addon Modules you mentioned in your message sent our way. If you run into any further issues or questions in regards to those modules, reaching out to the WHMCS support team will get you in the best hands. If there are any other questions we can help out with here on the MailChimp side, please don't hesitate in reaching back out to us. We'll be here ready to help out in any way that we can. I hope you have a good weekend! Cara
  6. Hello everyone, I'm looking for the official mailchimp module for WHMCS. I've trawled through marketplace and I cannot find it, even with a search!? Mailchimp advertise the service, but with no links to the actual module itself. Can anyone tell me how to find it? Thank you!
  7. Can't get any results. Am using WHMCS 5.2.7 and using boxes not web cart. Are there reported issues?
