Hi I moved from WHM/Cpanel to Plesk 11.5 and quite a few things are a lot better from my point of view. my only issue I seem to have is my servers not talking with WHMCS properly. I have the Plesk 10 option chosen in my Server with the passwords and that opens up Ok. My issue is that Plesk is not telling WHMCS that websites are either going over webspace or bandwith and is just suspending accounts. What do other Plesk 11.5 and WHMCS users use as I have tried a PleskAutomation option too but it didnt seem built for 11.5 wanting me to input all the package details again. The only thing I think I have found that WHM/Cpanel was better at was reporting of who was using the CPU/memory processes the most by user or domain under process manager. Plesk seems to be lacking in this. Thanks in advance Martyn

Hi Ive been making a few changes to my servers the last couple of months but now I want to upgrade my whmcs to the latest version. Has anyone had any issues with the upgrade and has there been many edits of the files on the whmcs themes template you bought ? I have edited my template in the tpl files so the instructions for a default upgrade dont really help when it just tells me the lines. Has anyone got the actual code that needs editing or inserting on these lines ? I know they have to make it simple but I like to see the code Im editing also. Thanks in advance Marty

Hi Ive just moved from WHM/Cpanel to Plesk 11.5 and I am struggling to get the correct command to rund the whmcs cron.php file from a schedule task. It always says command not found Ive tried the suggested command from the whmcs env php -q /home/user/whmcs/admin/cron.php Ive changed the whmcs to the folder name I use on my website and also changed the admin to my admin folder name also as I have changed. Where is it going wrong ? Also am I best to install the Plesk MMA module ? Thanks in advance Martyn

Hi I have 2 servers but I would like to see the network status for both servers within my whmcs and website. I have the status folder on server1 as thats where my website and whmcs is but how do I get the server status in whmcs from server 2 where I have WHM? Thanks in advance Martyn

Yeah I could do that but just wondered if there was a free addon. If not and its manual. can you add the variables into this so that its not static and could just be copied into all tpl files required ? Thanks Martyn

Cheers Matt for confirming that security updates are free. I wonder how many have paid for the update when they didnt need to ?

I think we agree major updates should be paid for but not security or minor updates. We paid for the original major upgrade (ie 5.2) so it should be followed through until the next upgrade (ie 5.3). If you choose not to upgrade to the next major upgrade (ie 5.3) then your support will be finished including security patches. minor updates/security updates are normally down to programing errors or loop holes and are not the user who bought the softwares fault Martyn
