I'm new to the forum, so would firstly like to say hi!
We're looking to integrate some escalation rules into our WHMCS system.
I've followed the instructions to run the cron that fires off the escalations procedure, but I can't get it to work. I've tried to set it up exactly like the daily automation cron that runs, with the additional escalation argument.
I'm running the php.exe in the Program/script, with the cron file in the arguments. I've tried both php -q E:\whmcs/admin/cron.php escalations and E:\whmcs/admin/cron.php escalations in the arguments section. This is what WHMCS gives us to run.
Is anyone able to provide me with the setup for a working escalations cron on windows server (2012 or 2008)?
