Any ideas on my problem? If there is a way I can submit a support ticket, please let me know and I will submit one as soon as possible.

I got my WHMCS license with the package I bought from my host so I cannot access that support desk since I didn;t buy the license from WHMCS. Is there another way I can access your support desk? I have a strange. WHen I go to http://360domainhosting.com/cart.php?gid=1 (or any other group) and click on "Order Now" under any package, the page just reloads and doesn't do anything. After you click the order button the url changes from http://360domainhosting.com/cart.php?gid=1 (the group link) to http://360domainhosting.com/cart.php?pid=1 (the package link) but the page remains on the group page. You can see what I'm referring to by going to http://360domainhosting.com/cart.php?gid=1 and click "Order Now" on any of the 4 available packages. I am using WHMCS version 5.2.5. Thanks in advance.

Yes, sorry, it was 5.2.5.. For anyone that may have this problem in the future. I fixed mine by uninstalling, and then reinstalling. I uploaded everything in BINARY mode this time. Now everything works just fine. Thanks guys.

I just installed WHMCS 3.2.5 and while setting it all up I noticed that it will not save support departments or product info. When I add a support department is says that the department is saved but then it isn't listed. The same thing happens when I try to setup products. I add the description, save, select cpanel as the module but nothing happens. WHen I check it again, it does not save. I noticed that the only thing it does seem to save is the product name. The price shows that it's saved but when you check the link, it shows it as a free package. So, I assume it's not registering that I have set it as a recurring price. Any ideas? Thanks in advance! I tried to submit a ticket at your desk but it's saying I have to purchase a license from you to be able to access the support desk?
