I am reasonably new to WHMCS so please stick with me.
I am not using this for webhosting/domain etc, instead it is for a subscription service requiring authentication of a MAC address.
I know I can use the request cancellation to pause the subscription but I need away for the user to be able to resume the subscription without intervention from me.
I can't have the user order a new subscription as the paused subscription will have the MAC address already tied to it.
Does this make sense? it's been a long day !
