Figured I try the forums before making a support ticket
Getting support system test messages back saying

What I have done so far
Chmod pipe 755 didn't work set it back to 644
My setting for the pipe in the x3 theme is presales (at) 3alienswebhosting.com to |/public_html/XXXX/pipe/pipe.php
(in the setting " (at) " = @ (but you knew that :>)
when I tried to send it via the portal make a ticket worked fine but didn't send Admin (me) the email saying that there was a message.
If I remember correctly 2 years ago when I had whmcs active it did the same thing and I ended up going with a third part ticket system. I would like to fix this one.
