What type of problems should i be looking for in the .htaccess ? as my SystemURl's are correct

Not fully sure but I cannot even get onto my main page as it just says it is a redirect loops. Google chromes error: 'This webpage has a redirect loop The webpage at http://mcpluginsdev.com/clientarea.php has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.' Help please!
