  1. I used the cPanel/WHM import script to bring in all my clients from the server. No problem there. However, all of these clients were being billed under a previous billing method in another shopping cart. For now, I've kept them all set up to "free" so that WHMCS doesn't suspend or terminate their hosting. I'm stuck at one point and really need help so I can get this moving forward. For each client, do I create a "Billable Item" first and then create an invoice of that billable item so that the PayPal subscription button appears on the invoice in order to get their automatic billing in the WHMCS system? If so, then will WHMCS automatically change "free" to the product price and next billing date in "Products/Services" ? I can't create an order because each client already has the product in their Products/Services as a result of the import. If these aren't the steps, then what are the steps I need to take? I couldn't find this specific issue in the WHMCS documentation. Thanks in advance!
  2. I have 2 servers that I manage for two totally separate sets of clients. Both servers are created properly in WHMCS. I created the products that need to be created for each server. I also created 2 server groups and assigned each server to its respective server group. I know I have to select a primary server and that's when I run into problems. When one of the servers is selected as the primary server and goes through the sales process... the product for that primary server creates and provisions the new account exactly as it's supposed to (even though it does set it to pending first). However, when I try to go through the sales process for a product for the non-primary server, it creates the client account, but I get this error when I try to accept the order to create provisioning. Curl Error - Couldn't resolve host (6) I did alternate testing with each server being selected. It works perfectly for the primary server, but not the non-primary server. It does not seek out the proper server group even though the proper server group is created and selected for each product. I'm not looking for server-balancing, I need specific products created on specific servers. Should I not be using server groups at all? If so, how to I assign a product to a specific server? What am I missing? Thanks in advance!
  3. I've searched through the docs and don't know if this can be done or if there's an add-on module for this. In the pricing for the product for hosting, is there any way to split a fee? For example, we're using this for web design / hosting and are trying to get as automated as we can. The client pays a one-time setup fee, then monthly recurring fee to be on our servers. I know how to set up the one-time fee/recurring, but is there any way to split that one-time fee so that part of the payment is made upfront and then the other part is auto-billed at a later date?
