Never mind i just downloaded the full download and took the install directory from there

Hello i have upgraded to the most recent update i overwrote everything but there was no install/install.php in the new upgrade and my forum has been stuck on this for hours Down for Maintenance (Err 2) An upgrade is currently in progress... Please come back soon... How do i remove this ?
