Hi all, I have just started 'experimenting' the quote feature and like the option to invoice for a deposit. However, I get my clients to pay in 3 installments. Is it possible to set this up within the Quotation function? I have tried to find an answer to this but still searching. Thank you in advance for any help

Hi everyone, I am trying to add a hosting order to a client. I need to do this so the client is set up automatically in Plesk and to be able to invoice them once the site is built. It is entirely possible I have something wrong in my settings, I am still learning WHMCS. I get the error: Order Accept Encountered Problems CURL Error: 3 - No URL set! Yet in the domain for this order I have put the full url. I cannot see anywhere else to put it. I have already registered the domain through ResellerClub so don't want to charge the client again either but a price is showing? I have Version 5.2.7

Thank you and I have

Hi, I have just started using the WHMCS calendar and it starts on a Sunday. I want my working week to start on a Monday. I have tried to find settings and I have searched the documentation and forums but have not been able to find a solution. Any help would be gratefully received

Domain Registration Error: {ns1=NameServer should be in proper format}
VRD replied to VRD's topic in Using WHMCS
Just in case anyone else gets this problem, I got a reply from my hosting support and they spotted a . at the end of one of the nameservers. I have removed that and it works now. -
[sOLVED] Hi, I am trying to register two domains for a client. This is the first time I have done this. I am following the instructions here http://docs.whmcs.com/Domains_Management#Handling_New_Domain_Registrations_.26_Transfers When I click on Accept Order I get the error message as shown in the attached screenshot. As far as I know my nameservers are correct but I might have missed something? Any help will be gratefully received

Client Hosting Account Recurring Invoices Are Not Being Created
VRD replied to VRD's topic in Using WHMCS
An invoice has now been created today, the 2nd of July, so no idea what the problem was. -
Hi, I have only recently started using WHMCS and cannot seem to get invoices to generate automatically. I have set up a product 'Hosting' and I have added it to client's account. It is set up to bill the client quarterly. The due date was 30.06.13 but no invoice has been created. I have read http://docs.whmcs.com/Invoicing_Issues: but cannot see anything wrong. My activity log shows 01/07/2013 03:30 Cron Job: Completed. There is no cron entry for the 30th though. I did try changing the due date to 01/07/13 but still nothing generated. Any help will be much appreciated, Thank you

Ah, thank you So for the problem with the layout on my website it is the CSS from my WordPress theme? The second problem is within the WHMCS client area, which I have not done anything to so should work 'out of the box'. How can that be fixed?

Hi all, I added some Integration Code to my WordPress site and the formatting looks no good. I will add an attachment to show how the Domain Checker and Domain Registration has split onto 2 lines for some reason. I also notice that if I test either of them from my WP site it takes me to my WHMCS site ok but not in a new window I don't want clients left on that site with no way of returning. I tried to tinker with the code but, as a non-coder, was unable to make this work Additionally, when I test the Domain checker, and follow the order through into the WHMCS ordering process, the formatting on the WHMCS page is wrong as well. Sections overlap each other. How can this be fixed as it also looks unprofessional? Thank you in advance

My host sorted it out and it seems to be working now. Thank you all for pointing me in the right direction

Thank you I have raised a ticket with my host to see the server log files. I did do some trial and error but go nowhere

Thank you I am using Plesk Reseller and I've not done anything to the settings in there. The first KB article I wrote uploaded without a problem, it's the 2nd one that suddenly go the error message. So I'd assume it's not a settings issue or the first one would have failed too? Thanks for all your help so far

Not sure what that means I'm afraid

I am using version 5.2

I am trying to write some articles for my knowledge base. I have done one without a hitch. The second one keeps giving me an error: "Forbidden - You do not have permission to access this document." I have tried just typing text and also pasting from Word. I even removed all the Word formatting before pasting usign the 'past from Word' tool. Totally baffled, any help will be greatly appreciated

I have tried to find an answer in the forums but no luck so far. In my client area I have some forms for the client to download, fill out and then send back to me. I thought using the support ticket system would be a good idea. I tried it myself and get: The following errors occurred: The file you tried to upload is not allowed. (Allowed File Extensions: .jpg,.gif,.jpeg,.png) Is this a how it works or is there somewhere I can change settings to allow different file types, namely Word docs and pdfs? Thank you in advance
