    Hi, Thanks for your reply. I opened a ticket to WHMCS as well as I created this topic. They said that if the product is annually paid the configurable options has to be annually too. So this means that if the user wants to purchase SSL and have a dedicated ip they would not be able to pay monthly. so what i did was i added the dedicated ip option to the hosting package the user can purchase. Now it does what i want it to do, I also think it is best to have it with the hosting. in this case if they pay quarterly, in hosting they would be charged quarterly also for the dedicated IP. If i change it to 0.00 its free. Thanks!

    Hi, I've been following this documentation. http://docs.whmcs.com/Addons_and_Configurable_Options I have set up a SSL purchasing system with a module provided from my host. However customers purchase the SSL they require a Dedicated IP. To get this dedicated ip i need to charge them 2.50 a month. Since customers pay annually for SSL how can i add a configurable option where they pay monthly? If i ask them to pay for the dedicated ip annually then it will not be cheap, is there a way of doing this? If i add a -1.00 on to the panel , like this: I get this when i test it: Could I someone please help? Thanks.

    It does not matter, I use standard paypal. I also recommend getting SSL so your customers feel "safe". most people think if the website has no HTTPS their bank will get hacked or something.

    Solved! Under the product configuration (example: Hosting Package 1) the Pricing tab has "Auto Terminate/Fixed Term" I switched the value to 0. and it is now working.

    On my whmcs when someone wants to open a ticket there are 3 priorities, "High, Medium, Low" however i want to add more priorities and i found this in the documents of WHMCS.com (http://docs.whmcs.com/Support_Tickets) So what i did was go to Setup > Support > Support Departments > Click "Edit" department button, then i get a page with "Details" & "Custom Fields" tab. I would expect a tab saying "Options" or "Others" so I could modify this however i can't see any option.

    Solved! The themename.js was overiding the whmcs.js so it was stopping whmcs.js from working. So what i did was in the header i typed {if $filename != 'cart'}<script src="templates/{$template}/resources/js/themename.js" type="text/javascript"></script>{/if} This will display this line of code on any page except the cart.php and it is not needed since the page is using whmcs.js but all other pages are functioning properly

    yes, i have WHMCS.js included in the header. The domain checker works. Could it be a js issue? I see that when i click register it has www ready as a un-editable text and then it asks for a domain name and then the TLD's are as dropdown. So if i click transfer domain or change namerservers options i dont have the domain form switching to the transfer or nameserver. in more detail, if you click register.     Hi, I've given a family member a free hosting package, So the monthly cycle is free. However it constantly gets auto terminated and no one touches anything. Could someone tell me how to fix this? Samih. My "admin/configauto.php" Edit, Could this be because I changed the description and have modified the product?

    Thanks i guess, The WHMCS Staff on the ticket said that they don't help me on custom templates. They said that this problem is not occuring on the default template. What could i be missing on the custom template? I allready copied the three domain .tpl files over from the default template.

    So no one can help? I opened a ticket and I haven't been replied for a week. Simply People who dont choose to register domain and choose to transfer OR change name servers have this error: "The domain you entered is not valid. Enter only the part after the www. and include the TLD". Do WHMCS Staff check the forums?
