What if upgrading isn't an option because of no support on payment gateway modules? We really need to fix the domain checker integration issue for version 5.0.4

Hi, We are using WHMCS 5.0.4. In this version the domain checker integration code doesn't work. domainchecker.php will redirect to the client login page. The only ways to fix this will be to upgrade to WHMCS 5.1 or 5.2. Only problem is that there is no supported module for these version for our payment gateway (iDeal with Mollie). We are forced to stay on 5.0.4. Now we are wondering if anyone can help us solve the domain checker integration for 5.0.4. WHMCS support told us they wont work on any issues for 5.0. We hope anybody can help us out.

Still no fix for this issue? WHMCS told us to upgrade to 5.2.2 but this version of WHMCS doesn't support one of our primary payment gateways. I hope they are working on this domain checker integration issue! I just don't understand why WHMCS creates a security patch with issues like this.
