Hi, Please help, I have searched the forums but not found the answer I am looking for :-( When an order is placed it is showing up in WHMCS as pending, when I try to accept the order i get the following message Order Accept Encountered Problems Sorry, a group for that username already exists. Firstly there is no customers in the database when i try to do this so how can a group for that name exist. I then tried what others on here have said and just change the user name, nope this dont work either, If i try to change the user name then i get this error Order Accept Encountered Problems Sorry, a DNS entry for mcgeorge.biz already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the DNS cluster). The account is showing in WHM. and if i delete it from the servers in that dns cluster as suggested then when i click accept order i then get an unknown error has accured. I am at a loss here and i have no idea how to put it right, Any help would be greatly appriciated. Kind Regards

HI Bear, Thanks for the reply, this is how I found most of the colour changes by using firefox and firebug, the last comment look for #225588 has already been changed and has not made ay difference, it did using firebug but not when I did the changes live. Regards Tony

Hi Can anyone help me out, I am trying to change all the colours in whmcs and stuck on three, can you take a look at the picture below which will explain more, there are three colours on the theme portal that I can not find to change, would really like someone to tell me where I can find this, I have tried changing every colour code in the css file before asking for help but nothing found. I am really new to changing stuff like this and would really appreciate any help you can give. Thanks guys Here is the picture

Hi Folks, Can some one help me out im going crazy. been sitting here ll day trying to figure this out. When a client signs up for my hosting everything seems to work automatically, the cpanel is setup, they receive the welcome emails and account info emails, they can login to the temp cpanel address that is given in the email but the link for temp url just shows a error 404 page, I logged into the cpanel and installed joomla (like I have done many times myself and it all installs ok with no problem, but still can not see the webpage url they are given. I can see everything cpanel file manager so look like the files are being set up correctly just no site :-( Is there something I may have done wrong when setting up the servers etc etc, don't know what to check. I keep going through all the setting but getting nowhere. Please help

Hi I have just noticed (and no I have not touched it at all since install) but the logo is not showing in the client area. The path on the logo (a cross as its not showing) is whmcs/”images/logo.png” now I notice that there is a " in there next to the word images, where can I find this to change it and correct it Regards

Hi Guys, I am getting the following error "Invalid TLD/Registration Period Supplied for Domain Registration" I know this has been asked before so please bear with me. I have already looked at the length of time to register a domain. and have set the following to be sure, .co.uk, .com and .net I have pricing set to 5 years, so why the error ? This is happening when trying to select a hosting package with domain name and with domain name only Is there anything else that could be wrong that I need to check You help is greatly appreciated Kind Regards

Hi Guys, I m getting the following error when trying the sign up, Invalid TLD/Registration Period Supplied for Domain Registration. I know that this has been asked many times but the only solution I have found is the length of time a domain can be registered. I a getting this when I am trying to register for a hosting package as well as domain only. I have .co.uk, .com and .net all et for 1,2 and 3 year registration but still getting this error. Can anyone else suggest anything to try ? Thanks in advance
