I want to raise my prices, but I do not want it to effect current customers, I would like them to be "grandfathered" in. Do i need to create entirely new packages and disabled the old ones? Or do I just increase the price on the package and the existing customers will remain the same? thanks

I am trying to transfer one my last customers on resellerclub, our old registrar. I did this in the past with no issues, however this is the first time i have tried since the upgrade and I get this error: An error occurred: [10] ORDER CREATE FAILED Any idea why I would be getting this error? Thanks
