  1. Ah, Ok.. I found a couple that had not been paid and that the affiliates had asked about... I'm guessing that it does once a month, then.... I'll tell them to be patient... thanks!!!
  2. Hi.. Yes, I understand that part... but how do I mark them so I don't pay them again?? The affiliates are set up for OTO payments on purchases of a sites/script/domain etc., but they are set for recurring monthly payments on hosting... and if I pay them once, I don't want to accidentally pay them for the same month's hosting. I was looking to see if I missed a way to mark the ones that I had already done a manual payout to put it into pending. All I could find was to sort it by dates of the last one paid.... Thank you for your answer.. it at least lets me know I am doing it the right way... I was looking for an easy way to check... like a checkbox or greyed out or something... thanks again!!
  3. I was testing on an affiliate account, and any of the recurring affiliate payments (such as hosting) can be added more than once manually for the same date. The OTO payments are marked as such and tell me they have already been paid. How can I mark each recurring one as paid, if it keeps letting me re-click ad infinitum... should the recurring ones be deleted from the pending payouts once they have been moved to the Available to Withdraw Balance? Or is there a better way to handle it? Thanks for any help you can give me!!
  4. Hi... can y'all share the link you are using for Stripe so I can check on this for my webhosting business? Thank you.... Also... do we know which of these such as Stripe or Braintree will be supported by WHMCS???? thanks again...
  5. Prior to the last upgrade/update to WHMCS, you could check the box on the admin login to remain logged in until you logged out. Now, after about 5 minutes of being in another window or another tab, I have to log in again.. and when I am researching stuff for a client or a department, it is a royal pain to have to keep logging in or going back and moving the cursor on the page. Also, TWO upgrades ago, we couldn't use the mouse copy/paste when we were writing in the client's summary, say an email about pending due dates, or purchases, etc. We needed to use ctrl-C and ctrl-V. Then after the last upgrade, we could use the mouse copy/paste.. NOW, after this latest upgrade, I am back to crtl-C and ctrl-V again... is this a setting somewhere? Thanks for any help... I realize these are minor annoyances after some of the problems pasted here, but if anyone has suggestions I would appreciate it. Thanks so much!!
