This is my 1st post, so far i have been able to manage all my "problems" and tweaks by myself. But now i have a strange "problem" in my hands that my boss is demanding an answer.
We sell VPN accounts, so we have setup our own modules and servers.
Our problem... The ACTIVE accounts count is NOT matching.. the servers page shows 280 while the product/services (Filter by ACTIVE status) shows 258
Thing is, if we go to:
admin/clientshostinglist.php
Filter by status: ACTIVE, the page refresh and shows 258 active services...
Then, if we go to:
/admin/configservers.php
Our server shows 280 accounts there....
Can anybody please tell me why we have that difference? Whats the reason?? Which number should be used to do reports on HOW MANY active accounts we have.... pay provider, etc...
