In the download section where you can post files, manuels etc.. is there a way that you can make that section only visible to those that log in to the client area? If so, how do you do that? Thanks in advance!

I would like to use the pre-sales contact form as just a regular all around contact form and would like to know how would I remove the "Pre-Sales" wording from the form?
Also, is it possible to add drop down menu to select which department to send the email to from the contact form?

I am running the trial and everytime I try to access the support desk, it states that I am not assign to the ticket or something like that and it wont allow me to view the ticket or respond.
I dont see anywhere where I can assign myself to a ticket or assign a department to it.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance!
