  1. Heya, I know there is documentation on how to integrate WHMCS with gmail for business, but my question is a bit more indepth than that. What I would like to do is integrate them, as well as keep a copy of the initial emails in order to view emails that might be stripped of html by WHMCS. Right now, the way that the documentation says to do it involves a POP3 connection so it's going to delete the emails after it imports them....which I do not want. ---------- Does anyone have experience doing this? If so, how did you manage it?
  2. voted for it. You should go post a link on the WHT forums and see if you can get tons of votes...I'm sure there are hundreds of people there that would love to see this implemented as well.
  3. Ok, quick question hopefully. I generated a quote for a prospective client, they agreed so I converted it to an invoice. Once they pay the invoice, is there a way for me to add an order and link it to the invoice, or will I just need to manually create each product? (invoice is for 3 products).
  4. Greetings, I need to have the ability to offer a few different website management products through WHMCS. Each one will have a different amount of management time allowed per month, then after that it would start being billed at an hourly rate. I tried searching, but pretty much any time I type in the word management or product it just takes me to information on how to setup standard products. Is there a way (or a plugin/addon) that would allow me to set that time allowance, then add the ability to track time worked on a ticket in the support system, track that time per month (resetting on the clients pro rata date) and then bill for any time over the time included in the package?
  5. Is there any sort of Donation addon that has been made (I searched and didn't find one). If not, would anyone possibly be interested in creating something like this. Just the simple ability to have a donation link anywhere in the client area that could either create a 1 time donation (with included invoice) or a recurring donation. Or would it be just as simple to create a product for it and manually add a link in the navigation bar? Though, the ability to mark it as a donation on the invoice and somehow track donations separately (for use in tax deductions) would be nice as well...
