  1. There is no clear answer in that thread. There is a tweet that says next release, but are we talking 5.3.9 or 5.4.0 or 6.0.0? "Release" could mean a lot of things.
  2. I had to downgrade to 5.4. I'm guessing nobody is interested in answering this? I agree wholeheartedly with your post, coghost.
  3. Does WHMCS not yet support PHP 5.5? I saw posts from back in December, but didn't see that until I'd already done the upgrade. So either we have to maintain old technologies and have a billing system or sacrifice the billing system (that we pay for) to keep up with new technologies? A little bit frustrating, to say the least. Is there a temporary work around or does WHMCS intend on supporting 5.5 in the near future?
  4. Is there any way to associate an invoice to a product? For example, I created a quote for a potential client. Quote included domain registration, hosting and design. When the client accepted the quote, I converted to invoice. Trying to add the domain and hosting package to the clients profile, ended up creating two more invoices for stuff already covered in the first invoice. Then when I deleted the orders because they were already created, it deleted the products from their profile. I just want to add the products to a client's profile, without creating yet another invoice. Can I do that? Thanks, Tyler
  5. Are you sure you're copying the correct link? The link should end in something like: a=add&pid=14 pid being Product ID. If it's ending in gid, then you're linking to a group. Should be the top link in the collection of links under Links, I'm running 5.2.2. Not 100% sure that it hasn't changed recently. When I go to one of those links on my install, it adds it just fine.
  6. I can't find any instructions on making database backups function over an SSL encrypted FTP connection. I've got cleartext passwords disabled on the server, but would still like to do database backups on a nightly basis via FTP. Sending a large database file over email just doesn't seem reasonable. Is this something that I can make WHMCS do?
  7. Thanks Alex, I forgot about this post. I will submit a ticket.
  8. Good to know, perhaps I'll just open a ticket and ask them. Wasn't sure if anyone else here had run into the issue.
  9. As a WHMCS sub - account, do we not have access to the promotions offered by Enom? I have clicked on a few of them and it just redirects me to the "My Account" page.
  10. Anyone know of a place to find out which TLDs support ID Protect and EPP/AuthInfo Codes? The latest information I can find on the forum is from 2008 and the documentation makes no mention of it. There's 100 TLDs in Enom and I have no idea which ones to enable and disable these two options for.
  11. As the title suggests, is it possible to disable the RichText Editor by Default? It doesn't do anything except make a mess and I'd rather just code my own HTML. Thanks, Tyler
