Ok so found it... it is not on the drop down (as shown in tutorial and help file) but on the left side menu bar as the last item in "Products/Services" for anyone else that might have a problem following the youtube tutorial..

Submitted ticket couple hours ago but nada.. I need to add servers to the system but am failing to see "where" this is done... I went to setup and there is no tab for them.. (would give a small screen capture but not available here?)
