i hope i'm posting this in the right place, i am trying to setup a range of VPS servers on my site, the servers will be available in both Windows and Linux and will have to option to have either no control panel, plesk or cPanel. i have setup the configurable options for the operating system for the vps but when it comes to the control panel i am trying to set it up so if i select say centos as the os then it will only allow me to select either no control panel or cPanel or if i select windows as the os it will only allow me to select no control panel or plesk. is this possible and if so can someone point me in the right direction to set it up. I have setup a gocardless account to allow direct debit payments for hosting, however i would like to stop domains being ordered using this method, is it possible and if so how? i have searched google and someone has asked the question before but it doesn't seem to be answered anywhere.

The licence box says its licensed to the reseller, have already asked them for support but all they said was post it on the WHMCS forum.

My licence is from a reseller am i still able to submit support tickets? i've been haveing issues with the comparison template and transfering domains after ordering hosting , i found a post on this forum with the same issue and they where told to submit a support ticket for the fix but i cant submit a support ticket cause i cant register without buying a licence.

i have the same issue but my licence is through a reseller and i dont have a login for your client area.
