  1. I'm using the latest version of WHMCS, but when a customer wants to upgrade, the package on the DirectAdmin server does not change to the new package.. what am i doing wrong?
  2. YES!! This was the problem ... stupid .. support email was also setup with this email adress. Thanks for the help.
  3. Hi! Thanks for the help. The mail is in the mail logs, and in status this message shows up "Ticket ID Not Found". The 'customer' which sended the mail was not a customer but someone new ..
  4. When a customer of my company is sending a suppor request to my support department the mail is received in the support mailbox. When i run manual the pop import (pipe/pop.php), it shows .. 1 email. After refreshing that page .. the counter is set to 0 but no support ticket is opened in WHMCS.. The customer is using gmail. When he sends a support question from another domain .. there's no problem... What to do?
  5. Hi! I was looking throught the threads but couldnot find a possible solution. I'm looking for the following. I want two different descriptions for a product, one to be used at the client portal and the next one on my invoices. Eg. In the admin section: clients can choose for Hosting Standaard (Popular option), but i want to have "Hosting Standaard" on the incoives.. Is this possible?
