  1. In clicking the "create" button for WHMSonic clients, instead of it keeping the username as it is, it changes it when you click the "create" button. Is there a way to stop it from creating a new username/account and keep the same one? Example: Lets say client has current username: sc_user1 Now when you click "terminate", and then "create" it changes the username sc_user2 But I need it to keep it as it was originally sc_user1. Is there something that is causing it to change usernames? How can I have it to keep the original username?
  2. So the easier way would be to use custom fields under the Product/service ? Does it only show for "new" invoices?
  3. Is it possible to have some extra information setup on invoices? Server location and domain name information. How do you get that info to show up on invoices?
  4. All permissions are fine, everything else can be edited with no issues.. There are no errors present for that. - - - Updated - - - I just made it simple, and just went through phpmyadmin, and changed the dated for both of them to 2017.... I guess that was the easiest way to resolve it.

But the due date wouldn't change. I tried setting the date for 02/01/2017 and the other one 02/04/2017, then when I save the changes, it reverts back to 02/01/2016 and 02/04/2016.
  6. How can you change the next Due date Manually? The invoice was paid for 2 domains, However, the next due date refuses to change. It should have changed to 02/01/2017 & 02/04/2017, but it's still on 02/01/2016 & 02/04/2016. By looking at the expire dates, they are set fine and show 2017, however the due date is still on 2016 and all invoices are paid in full for both the domains. So the next due date should have changed, right? Is there a way to change them manually? Because changing the date, and then saving, just reverts back to the same date. How can I change to date to show what it's suppose to be?
  7. In the section of "Lock client profile field", if you check the box for "email", it actually locks the email box on the registration page too. I happen to just notice this tonight. We had it checked, I went in and unchecked it, and sure enough, the email box "lit up" and you were able to add in an email address, with the box checked, it grays it out, and you are unable to input an email address.
  8. Im using Firefox v36.0.4.. Blend is all messed up.. V4 Template looks perfect Original is all squished to the left side, leaving a huge empty spot on the right side. Chrome v43.0.2357.132 dev-m : Blend - Looks fine V4 - Looks fine (like on Firefox) Original - All squished to the left.. My main browser I use (and have used for the past several years) is Firefox, blend was fine before updating WHMCS to 6.0. I don't use IE, I don't even have it installed lol.
  9. I don't know if its just a missed file or what, but the "Blend" template for admin area, looks like its "off" or mis-aligned. Does anyone else seem to have that problem?
  10. I just wanted to pop in here and let everyone know, that this works using the following: WHMCS Version: 5.3.14 IPB Version: 3.4.6 Also be sure that you are chmod'ing conf.php to 0777 (Or for some 777) And that your database info is correct on the ipb.php file.
  11. Is there a way to see "who" closed a ticket? If it was a specific staff member or a client that closed a ticket? If there isn't, is there some way to do this? Just a simple message or information beside (or below) (Closed) that would say (by "namehere")

  13. Can clients visibly see if an administrator puts them in a specific group? I wanted to create a new "Watchers list" group, and put just a few selected clients in this group, but I wanted to make sure that the clients themselves are unable to view the group they are listed it.
  14. Will this be updated any time soon? I also had to use an "older" namecheap.php file for namecheap domains to show up properly, It also is causing domains to not be renewed correctly.

Does anyone else have the issue of Credit Cards processing a payment through even though that specific service has been terminated, Or if there are credits on a clients accounts, the system will process the credits, but then also takes payment from paypal? Making a double payment. Is there some setting we might be missing? Or is this some bug?

When someone places a new order, we have noticed that in the emails they receive, they get all the proper information except for 1 line: {$service_domain) It doesnt show anything, its just blank on that line, everything else though, (username, password, server name, etc), all shows properly, its just {$service_domain) that is not showing. What could cause this problem ? (have checked the logs as well, and there are no errors that show up)
  17. It appears we are missing some emails under the "Admin" section of "Email templates". And in the drop down for creating new templates theres nothing for "admin". How can we re-add those admin templates ?
  18. On the admin homepage, theres a box "Recent Client Activity". How can you make so that either 1. It shows more than just 5 there or 2. view a full page of the client activity I did find this post: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?34761-Recent-Client-Activity-Logs&highlight=Recent+Client+Activity+Logs from 2011... But that info isnt correct anymore. Where or how can set it up to do one of 2 items above?
  19. 5.3.11 still has the same problem... have replaced the init.php file from 5.3.9 (again).. so they havent fixed it as of yet. maybe soon.
  20. When a client that we have set as an affiliate checks or passes around their link, and its used, it redirects the client or potential affiliate for them to our main page. Sure thats all fine and dandy. However, its redirecting to our main page as a https in which our "main page" doesnt have a SSL (only our billing side of things has SSL for security). When they get redirected to the main page it pops up an error because its redirecting to the https instead of http. Is there some way to fix that so that it either redirects to the billing side of things (https) or if its going to redirect to the main page to use http instead ? I don't see anywhere you can edit or change the destination URL if an Affiliate link is used/clicked on.
  21. Paypal addon is giving an error, but isnt stating what the error is. Is there some way to figure out what the error is? All it shows is : PayPal Balance: Error: And nothing else.
  22. Actually... I just happen to try that out.. And it worked, and did not screw anything up.
  23. Yeah we thought of doing that, but just as you said, we would have to change the other groups values as well, so it syncs correctly. That would be just the same time length (if not more) then doing it the regular way. lol. I appreciate the comment so quickly though.
  24. Is there a faster way to move a product group "up" the list? We have a lot of products/services in the list, and when you create new, it puts it way at the bottom. And in order to move it up you have to click on the little green up arrow. Each time you click the green arrow it refreshes the page, and puts you back at the top, and then you have to scroll all the way back down to the bottom again (rinse, repeat) And this is very time consuming when you have a lot of products and want it in a specific spot. So I was looking to see if there was some "faster" way to move it up quicker. (Should really setup something where you can Drag and drop the group titles to the spot you want, makes things much easier)
