I'm trying to find a way to add my own text before the support ticket form, and before or next to certain fields throughout the ticket. (Not custom form fields, that part is easy.) For example, above the Name field, add something to the effect of "please provide as much detailed information as possible". Or above the Attachments part of the form, put "Please provide a screenshot of the problem you see". Can't find it as an option in WHMCS. Can't locate PHP files to edit.
