  1. Hello, I have UTF-8 in admin area, also in configuration.php utf8, database has collation utf8_general_ci. The problem is: - when e-mail client is using ISO-8859-2 ticket is created only with partial text, it is cutting this e-mail. - when i will disable utf8 in configuration.php all email will be saved in ticket but every polish sign will be incorrect. Everything is correct when e-mail client also using UTF-8 but not every client is using utf-8. Do you know how to resolve it? Regards, Mariusz

  3. Hello, When ticket is created from e-mail in WHMCS polish letters are not seen correctly. I have in WHMCS configuration admin area set UTF-8. Also i migrated with import script everything from Kayako to WHMCS and polish letters are not seen correctly. why? Regards, Mariusz
