WHMCS Integration with Workflow tools and Order Eligibility

Dear All, Is there any workflow engine integration with WHMCS, we need to have fulfillment workflow after the customer places the order. Another questions about eligibility, can we validate if the customer request is valid or not (if the customer can upgrade/downgrade to certain product or offer, if the customer type is eligible to certain products ... etc) Thank you.
