  1. The issue is the newest CURL updates at hosts requires calling the CURL library with the right SSL parameters now. WHMCS should be updating this in the next upgrade, but I was able to get a temporary update to the credit card module.
  2. Hello, I'm hoping some others in the community have encountered this issue and have a workaround or solution to the error I'm suddenly getting in my WHMCS. We never had this happen before. I am getting in our transaction log errors for CURL trying to do a credit card capture. It's for the Quantum Vault/Gateway that I do transactions. The error reported is: CURL Error: 35 - error:14077410:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:sslv3 alert handshake failure Why is WHMCS returning this error that sslv3 handshake error was encountered? This has never happened before this current upgrade to WHMCS. I am concerned now that I can't process new orders and also bill for existing ones. Thanks in advance. This would help me out a lot, and I really do appreciate any insight.
  3. I have this problem with the current release as well. Can someone help with this?
  4. I'm trying to get my affiliate commissions to work with the following setup: 1) What I have is site-wide setting at 5%. 2) A specific product (say Product A) at 0%. 3) Then a specific affiliate (say Affiliate Bob) at 10%. When a sale to a new customer referred for Product A by Affiliate Bob occurs, it is listed as $0.00 commission. I try to hit manual payout, but the manual payout is still $0.00. Shouldn't the specific affiliate's commission profile override all other commission settings?
  5. This is a big headache every month at least two or three times for us. Either we lose the customer, or he is willing to switch to a new account.
  6. I am using Quantum Vault. But when customers go to change their credit card information under: "Manage Credit Card" under billing of the client area, they get the following message: "Credit Card Details cannot be updated at the current time. Please try again later." How can the customer change their credit card details with Quantum Vault? Please advise.
  7. My Version 5.0.3. If you add the amount out to the transaction to document your costs, this amount is subtracted from the gross transaction amount on the invoice when the customer logs into their client area. See the transaction section of the invoice. Customers can see the net profit of the purchase! This is very bad. Many customers won't look at an old invoice, but some of mine do. And I am not too pleased that they see my net profit margin.
  8. Hello, It appears that Amazon Simple Pay doesn't automatically recur each month for payments. Each time we get to the due date, the client has to manually go to the invoice and click the pay button to checkout. Shouldn't Amazon Simple Pay in WHMCS automatically recur a payment? Thanks in advance for any help possible here. This is quite the headache to ask customers to pay each month when they think it will be done automatically.
  9. I have PayPal, Amazon and Google Checkout as my payment gateways. I set the automation settings so that Process Days Before Due = 8. Attempt Only Once = No Retry Every Week For = 2 I also have the cron job running and invoices are sent out. All automation EXCEPT this early capture before due date is successful. I have clients with both recurring PayPal and without recurring PayPal subscriptions. None of them have this early capture. Can someone help me on this issue? Is there something that I have missed in the configuration or setup that is obvious? Thanks!
