  1. I confirm this bug. only happens when the "login as client" feature is used and active. it goes away if you close the tab where you are loged in as client.
  2. Client profile -> Send email -> new message: "Message Preview" broken, doesn't preview the message. "Available Merge Fields" nothing gets added on a new line! you have to type something first, or wont add a thing. Enable/Disable RTE(Rich-Text Editor) not working doesn't do a thing. Error when clicking "Message Preview" Timestamp: 7/13/2012 6:21:21 PM Error: tinyMCE is not defined Source File: https://yyyccc.com/admin/sendmessage.php?type=general&id=8 Line: 78 if you missclick besides a "merge field link" and click on another link, it simply adds it on that div. screenshot provided Capture_merge_field_options.JPG Create a new quote. always keeps the latest items on the previous quote as the first item on the newly created quote. and if you hit save changes, "sometimes" removes the items, and saves empty quotes on the "quote list". for now, those are but a few I've managed to find. I'm using latest version Firefox (in case you need the info), under windows 7 ultimate x64. Best regards and thanks in advance, José Luis Chafardet Grimaldi CTO - PROSOL4U, C. 3. Hello community, good night to you all (its 10 pm here where I am atm). I am here today, just to share my frustration with the reality I am just facing. WHMCS creates a new Customer Account + its new subscription, for each new Order, leading to having the same customer(client) (name, last name, etc) REPEATED SEVERAL TIMES in plesk. The problem? isn't it obvious? tracking of multiple accounts and logins just to manage a domain is just absurd. I have tens of customers that own tens of domains, and since Plesk 10.4.x (yes it wasn't their best release, yet, the new Plesk business model fits PERFECTLY ours), we managed to have 1 Customer (client) with all its domains into a single account. Now what? each time a customer orders a package, it will create a new "repeated" customer into plesk, with new credentials, and with its own subscription, leading to, the most horrid, insane task of "account tracking". oh yeah, there will be the smart answer that I'm not asking for (move the new subscription by hand to the original Customer and delete the repeated one), that's not the real solution, IF i wanted to go and do that manually, I wouldn't need an automation platform. Any light can be shed upon this HORRID PROBLEM? Regards and thanks in advance, José L. Chafardet G. CTO - PROSOL4U C. A.
  4. oh well, too late to notice the date! my post was plesk 10 related. its happening this exact same problem to me. the 2. each new domain a "whmcs" client adds, creates a new "Customer" into plesk. its just absurd.
  5. absolutely false! Customer accounts cannot unsuspend subscriptions listed under their account.
  6. which is still not what i need, what i need is exactly what I requested above! Invoice ID - [loop-through-item-names] would actually do the trick, but I cant seem to get it to work, at least not with the way the template seems to work.
  7. Hello! thanks for your time reading this post! I'm wondering how can I add the service name, to the invoice list on the clients area. I have several customers that have several services with us, and they are starting to wonder which invoice belongs to which service. Please don't give me the "go through them all" response, is just not an option, invoice identification is also part of proper invoicing. Is there a way to do this I'm asking? Cheers. JL
  8. I've been trying to figure out how to allow customers to "confirm" their Bank Transfers / Deposits not at order time, but "after" they place the order, from their client's area I cant seem to make it work, is there the need to develop a new addon for this?
