  1. I have noticed my daily cron job is also a complete mess when it comes through. Appears there is a system bug with this.
  2. Thanks mlew2, I know it would be a simple template edit. Just a matter of finding out which template files need editing.
  3. What I want to be able to do is in both the screenshots below where the red box is is be able to have a message to my clients submitting tickets when logged in, and in the pre-sales contact us. This message is going to be our office hours for the business. I am not sure what or where I need to edit. Your help is grateful. Thanks.
  4. Contact WHMCS Support, they might be able to help you with a fix for this.
  5. I have noticed that up the top of my admin panel where it says: 0 Pending Orders | 0 Overdue Invoices | Ticket(s) Awaiting Reply When I have tickets awaiting replies, where earlier I had 3 nothing changed at the top. Is this suppose to alert us that we have tickets that need replying to or not?
  6. thank you zomex that worked perfectly.
  7. Is it possible that when someone submits a support ticket they are re-directed to another page on the website which would display our business opening hours? Example: Clients Submits a Support then. After this is sent they are re-directed to domain.com/opening-hours.html Thank you for any help with this.
  8. Thank you Bubka3. So would I set the Prorata Date to 0 (for an immediate charge) and the Charge next month to 1?
  9. Hello Everyone, I am needing a little bit of help with what I am wanting to do. This is what I want to do: Say someone signs up on the 15th of the month, it gives them a pro-rata rate for that month and then bills them on the 1st of the month. I want it so that every client is billed on the 1st of the month for all hosting packages. Your help is extremely grateful with this.
  10. Hello, I need some help with a website login from my main site to WHMCS. I have bought a WHMCS theme which has a very nice looking login which I am wanting to keep. However, the coding I edit from the Integration doesn't work. It re-directs into WHMCS but says the login information is incorrect. Theme Form Code: <form class="loginForm" action="https://www.sniphosting.com/clients/dologin.php" method="post"> <div class="column"> <font face="Tahoma"> <label for="email">Email Address</label> <input id="email" name="email" type="text" /> </font> </div> <div class="column"> <font face="Tahoma"> <label for="password">Password</label> <input id="password" name="password" type="password" /> </font> </div> <div class="column checkbox"> <font face="Tahoma"> <input id="save" name="save" type="checkbox" /><label for="save">Remember me on this computer</label> </font> </div> <button type="submit" class="colorButton"> <font face="Tahoma">Login</font></button> </font> <div class="help"> <font face="Tahoma"> <a href="https://www.sniphosting.com/clients/pwreset.php">Forgot your password?</a> </font> </div> </form> Integration Code from within WHMCS <form method="post" action="https://www.sniphosting.com/clients/dologin.php"> <input type="hidden" name="token" value="bad885d4592fcf051a477b01760bf3f352516e2f" /> Email Address: <input type="text" name="username" size="50" /><br /> Password: <input type="password" name="password" size="20" /><br /> <input type="submit" value="Login" /> </form> Any help on getting this to work would be extremely grateful.
  11. I understand about you thinking emails can be fakes, but not when they actually show where the email address is that they have come from. I don't think anyone can actually just get a hold of the email brent@hostgator.com ... I agree though it would be better if he would make a statement about this either in the HG Blog or Forums or something.
  12. I have an email from Brent confirming that he had sent that email to the HG Employees. That is all he said. I can post a screenshot of this if people require further proof that Brent indeed sent the email himself.
