TEN Hosting

Yes our is through cPanel/WHM and he bought the WHMCS License yesterday and installed it yesterday... but we are unsure of the setting for automatic setup he has to use since he just has reseller hosting and not a server...

Hi i own a server i bought from GoDaddy and a customer bought a Reseller account from me and i was wondering if it was possible if he was able to use the automatic setup when a client buys from him... If so how would you need to set this up? Thanks, TEN-Hosting

I own a dedicated server from GoDaddy and i just recently set my site up and everything with WHMCS and i had a customer buy a reseller package so he can as well sell hosting... Everything is fine except in his WHM it doesn't have an option to make packages or create a new account... Here is a screenshot of his options.... Screenshot Now his account was set up automatically through WHMCS so I'm not sure if its a problem with a setting i have in WHMCS or a problem with a setting i have in my server... Thanks for reminding me about the logo in the emails! And that was my old logo i made awhile back for my older theme! Ill be sure to fix that!
