Hi there... I am new to this and I do not know how these forums work... so I apologize if I dint follow correct rules in posting my question... I want to move my already existing domains from my domain reseller account to whmcs... How can I do that.. I tried created a client in my whmcs and then I added the domain... but client is not able to modify name server values or anything.... Its giving an error "An unknown fault occured - please contact support" or sometimes an error saying this domain is not configured to manage automatically... contact support.... If anyone knows how to fix this... do share the solution with me....
