  1. Same here, we are using the WHMCS latest version and added our server's ip to api but still same error.
  2. Same issue here in last hours, it is not possible to view/edit anything related with resellerclub domains. I am using the last version of WHMCS and I have configured the IPs in resellerclub.com panel control. It was working fine... maybe an issue in the resellerclub side...
  3. See this post: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=5989
  4. ws domains are not transferable between registrars: website.ws/faq/index.dhtml Can I transfer my domain to another registrar?
  5. I think that if we pay for the module it will be available for everybody in next release. Matt should confirm it...
  6. You can be sure that it is completely legal. You can apply discounts for cash payment, for early payment, for big quantities, for many reasons. And the discounts should be applied before calculating taxes. I can not, coupons are for new orders, we are talking about clients that already have their product created with recurrent payments.
  7. I am not paying them, it is a discount. When you apply a discount in an invoice it is applied before calculating taxes, that is legal. According to your reasoning the discount coupons that can be configured in WHMCS are also illegal. It is not the same a discount and a credit, this was already discussed in: whmcs.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3711 You said in that topic: Exactly what I am requesting now...
  8. You are right, I can make it this way, but it would be better if WHMCS could make it automatically. I don't think that it would be very difficult to add discounts, their functionality is very similar to the current credits. A new text field is only needed in the Admin Area and a new line in the invoices. You can consider it if there are more interested people. In fact, the credits worked this way before the version 3.2.0. Thank you again for your time.
  9. Thanks Matt. Let's see an example. A client is paying 6$ monthly. He is an affiliated and it has reached 20$ and I want to apply him a discount 20$ in next invoices. Where do I put those 20$? I cannot put it as credit, it should be discounted before taxes. I think that it is not possible with the current system, for that reason I asked to be able to apply discounts to clients from the Admin Area besides credits.
  10. I have just realized this change: This issue was discussed in this topic: problem the way credit works whmcs.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3711 How can we apply a discount now before the tax calculation? I think that it is useful in many situations: paying affiliates, a client that forgets to apply a discount coupon and he tells it to you exactly after requesting a product... Matt, would it be very difficult to allow discounts (before taxes) besides credits (after taxes)?
  11. Good idea! Matt, could you move this topic to the 'Feature Requests' subforum?. And if you can change the title to: 12register.com module for european domains Or something like that... Thanks.
  12. OK, I can contribute to the payment. Maybe we should open a new topic in the 'Feature Requests' subforum to look for more interested people.
  13. Same here. Would it be possible to integrate 12register.com in WHMCS?, has somebody contacted with Matt about it?
  14. If you define a required custom client profile field and the client doesn't fill it WHMCS warns about the error but a client account is created. When the client adds that required field WHMCS creates a second account for the client.
  15. If I register a domain in Enom or Directi for a customer using WHMCS, can he login directly in Enom or Directi to configure it? I suppose that some things are not possible to configure them from WHMCS. Could a reseller create and to manage his private DNS from WHMCS? Thanks in advance.
