  1. Is there a feature in WHMCS or a plug-in that will automatically block tickets from being opened that contain certain words or phrases? Like the 'Spam Control' option that already exists in WHMCS, except the filters will apply to tickets submitted via the website and not just tickets opened via email. Thanks
  2. I pasted a header yesterday, it said the post was being held for moderation, still not approved.
  3. Nope, that's not it either. The templates all have 'From' email addresses on them.
  4. I just included the 'System Email Address' incase that had anything to do with it. Yes, everything is populated: System Emails From, System Emails From Email and the General Email Address.
  5. WHMCS is sending System Emails to me from a blank email address despite it being set to send them from support@[mydomain].com. This is causing any emails it sends to me being marked as spam and I can't add the address to my Address Book to prevent it because there simply is no address. These are my relevant settings:- The default sender address used for emails sent by WHMCS: support@[mydomain].com System Emails From Email: support@[mydomain].com Mail type: PHPMail() Help! It's very frustrating that I am not receiving emails when support tickets are being submitted meaning I can't reply swiftly to them. Thanks, –Chris
