Hi All, Question for LTD companies using WHMCS, as whmcs generates 'invoices' for clients, and a LTD company in the UK is required to for corporation tax submit creditors / debtors reports , how do you handle invoicing,, I would have hoped whmcs would have a feature to 'cancel invoices for suspended / pending services after x days' , this would then in theory keep the process of creditors / debtors in check without massive human scrutiny being required on a daily basis. Any thought / how do you deal with this issue ? Kev
