  1. Hello, I must be missing something but I cannot create a new email template for the support category. Currently, I only have General, Product, Domain, and Invoice available in the Type drop-down. I'm trying to add a Support Ticket Reply template because in the System Activity Log I see the error: "EMAILERROR: Email Template Support Ticket Reply Not Found" Any clues? Does this template already exist and I am just missing something? Thanks! Craig
  2. Hello, We are evaluating WHMCS for use in a non-web hosting company but one where our customers will be charged a monthly subscription price which includes a certain amount of GB data transfer and storage. They can also purchase additional GBs in advanced if they need to top up their account. If they go over their available amount they will be charged another rate. WHMCS seems perfectly suited to the initial subscription. My question is can WHMCS be used to monitor and apply billing rules to active consumption like I mentioned above? Our servers can run reports to inform WHMCS of usage but can WHMCS receive that info, show it it the customer in their dashboard, and also add it to their monthly invoice? Thanks in advance for any guidance. Craig
  3. I'm considering purchasing WHMCS to use to power the billing and customer management of an online video publishing platform. The main requirements are the ability to have users sign up with a demo account that gives them X amount of disk space and streaming bandwidth for free then when they use up one of those values to notify them or restrict the account. Paid users would be responsible for paying a monthly platform fee and then a certain amount for the bandwidth / storage space used. There could be options like custom player packs or other add on bundles which they could purchase. I have control of the servers so I can script the servers to report bandwidth and disk space. Can anyone shine a little more light on what information the admin panel of WHMCS can report? I'm pretty sure for the subscription and add on WHMCS is great but can it work for the monitoring and auto-messaging of the customers? Are their custom Anyone else running it like this? Thoughts? Thanks in advance for any info!
