gbrennae In the case of needing to split an invoice, how would i know which service is which. Our clients cant enter multiple quantities for services but as you said can add multiple of the same service to the basket on purchase. If a manual intervention was required where we had to amend the invoice/remove a service from it once it had been generated. How would we know which item relates to which service?

Hey everyone This is my first time looking for help on here so let me know if i miss out any key info. Setup: WHMCS Install using TCAdmin module for product setup. Question: A client purchases 5 x Service A. All with the same configuration. These services are purchased at the same time so are all on one invoice. If a client wants to cancel 2 of these services after the invoice is generated for the next billing period. How do i know which entry on the invoice relates to which service? Kind Regards Brad
