Actually, we have our own developed support ticket software.We are using it for our clients.now,we doesn't want to use builtin WHMCS support ticket module. now whenever my client login into WHMCS and submit ticket,edit ticket,reply on ticket, status changes of ticket etc... then this ticket information should go into our third party ticket software.
Now, are you getting me my need ??

I have installed WHMCS and using default support ticket module.but i have different support ticket system now i want to integrate that support ticket software into WHMCS.I have seen that we can overwrite built in WHMCS support module by creating new custom support.
Can someone please guide on this ?
