Hi all, I've been bouncing emails back with support for a few hours now and getting no-where. I have enabled offline credit card so I can process the cards myself, and when I go to grab the credit card details it asks for my CC HASH in the configuration.php file... no worries I say, but after copying and pasting 1000000 times, it keeps saying invalid access! The heck? I have never changed the CC HASH, and the only time WHMCS has moved was a few days ago when I took it (including the database) from Server A to Server B. Anyone have a suggestion? Can I reset this hash or make a new one? Any help would be much appreciated! Alex.
