  1. We have a WHMCS product that utilises a single "website" in IIS 7. It is a Content Management System with multiple "portals" Now we dont need a provisioning module as the site space is static - the site is setup via the CMS. What we DO need is a module that accompanies the product that will add a IIS binding to that site so the DNS works. At this point we have to romote into the server and manually add the binding and www. binding for every site. I know it is possible to create a binding via powershell but it would need to work remotely via the WHMCS module. There are plently of automation modules that do this but they all work under the premise that each order creates a new IIS website, assigns diskspace etc. We dont need that. Looking for assistance and willing to pay if required.
  2. What the hell is the point of purchasing the mobile version when all the below is happening. Mobile Version Issues: Client / Create Invoice (Error Loading Page) Client / View Invoices (Returns to Client List) Client / Add Transaction (error loading page) Client / Place New Order (returns Blank page) Client / manage Products (error loading page) Support / New Ticket (error loading page) Invoices / New (Error loading page) Orders / Mew (Error loading page) Is there ANYTHING we CAN do on this? Why make these buttons and features if they dont work?
  3. We signed up with Payments Express (DPS) as they state on their site that they fully integrate with WHMCS, including recurring billing. This is not the case and our company is in a critical position of our clients getting very angry that they must enter their payment details on the subscription anniversary. Payment Express does allow token recurring billing and it is apparently a simple process with WHMCS for the initial card capture and payment then the Tokenised recurring billing. We cant access the code for the gateway module as its encrypted and WHMCS says it the issue for the gateway provider and as yet has not offered more as far as assistance. Does anyone out there have a working module for Payment Express? Do you have the existing modules code that we can try to make work? If we dont get this working in the next week we will have to can the whole system. Thanks
  4. We want to run a promotion that allows for a configurable option (email account) to be free. The option is set at Quantity - so wee need 1 to be free then more to be billable at normal rates. We tried a bundle with price override but it only worked for the PRE option prices...
  5. I'm having the same issue. In localization it is set to DD/MM/YYYY but the emails are all sending at MM/DD/YYYY
  6. Currently in the order forms the user must click an "Update" button to refresh the tax on an order after selecting a country. We have feedback that this is confusing. Is there a way to auto refresh when a country is selected? That way eliminating the need for the button. Apparently updating the cart tpl will do this, does anyone have an idea on how to do this?
  7. In the Modern Cart there is no "view cart" or "empty cart" option. We noticed in testing that historic browsing of products and services that did not go through the full purchase process (just to cart) for an existing user gets retained on the INVOICE but not in the ORDER. This is BAD because the user sees an order for $10 but is billed $80.
  8. Okay everything is working fine with my setup above.
  9. How can i add a recurring item to a quote? Do I have to set up a new product for this item? The situation is a 1 off service (website build) and with that will be monthly hosting and email services. The hosting cost will be unique to that client so I dont necessarily want to set up a product/service but I need to confirm that is the only way. Also is there a way to add a Quote Approval / Sign off feature to a quote? So the user can approve the cost? I would have put this in the tips and trick forum but I dont have access for some reason. Thanks
  10. Okay I get that and as from my screenshot it looks okay. What I need to know is whether the action I'm calling is correct. I have it opening php.exe and have "C:\inetpub\vhosts\mysite.co\httpdocs\Billing\admin\cron.php" as the optional argument. See the screenshot.
  11. Hi, Im trying to set up the Cron jobs in windows server 2008. I have no idea on how to do this. Can someone please give me step by step instructions and if possible some screenshots. Its mainly the syntax that Im not sure of and how to test if the tasks are running properly. I've added an image of how I set up the job so far... is this correct? Thanks,
