If a domain is locked and WHOIS protection is enabled does that mean a domain transfer will not be processed?
I am using OpenSRS and experienced this issue where I had to alert the client via email, have them call to unlock the domain from the previous registratr, modify their WHOIS protection, then unlock the domain in OpenSRS to finish the transfer process.
Is there a way to automate this or a simpler process to alert the client through WHMCS transfer process rather than having to do all this manually?
