I am PRETTY sure I have everything setup but the problem is this: When i act as a "new client" and create a new account, select a product and domain and finish the order I see everything created correctly in WHMCS but the whm\cPanel is never created. no errors either. I checked the server settings and it looks good. I am in test mode for my payment gateway but I do go in and manually let the order go through and mark it as paid just to make sure this is not holding it up. What am I missing? I have double checked things but I could be missing something. any thoughts or ideas???

What does it mean when you cant see any text??? Look for yourself: http://www.roeserhosting.com/client/ I have moved an old installation of WHMCS to another folder and re-installed it to my client folder and I am still getting the same results. WHMCS is not responding to my tickets and I have hostgator looking into it as well. Nobody seems to know anything. Any suggestions on how to fix this????

I am not able to save my default language settings in WHMCS. Everytime I click "English" as my default and hit save it says "has been saved successfully" but it is German. When I go to the client area there is almost no text just icons. What is up? Am I the only one having this problem? I have submitted 2 support tickets and they say the issue is resolved but within minutes it reverts back (usually after I log out and log back in) I cant even take orders due to clients not being able to ready anything! HELP!!!!!!

I am VERY new to the hosting gig. I have a reseller account with Hostgator. I have a WHMCS account that was setup through Hostgator. Am I correct is assuming that I can configure WHMCS to setup a hosting account on a HostGator server automatically? Is there a tutorial on how to do this? What I want to do is have WHMCS connect to a hostgator server and create an account send out the emails and notify me when they are up and running. I think I can do that right??? Do I have to setup a "server" inside WHMCS and would this server be all the HostGator info? Thanks
