I have tried to access/configure the new Enom SSL ordering module on the Demo but I can not fin where it is. Somebody knows how to access the SSL module when in WHMCS admin?

Managed to fix it - the cron had a wrong path in it (moved servers no too long ago and forgot to fix thattt). Thanks guys.

Hi, I noticed that every month after I receive PayPal subscriptions payments WHMCS does not send email out to the customers (it used to but not anymore). I have changed to pro-rata payments (monthly) and since then emails are not being sent. In PayPal I have set IPN in PayPal is on and the url is set to https://**domainname/Billing/modules/gateways/callback/paypal.php (obviously **domainname is the domain name I have). Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? I would really like my customers to receive monthly email from me. When they first joined emails are sent out OK (Invoice Payment Confirmation). When I look at the client profile I can only see the initial payment but no further payment notification. The total IN filed only reflect the first paymet but NOT any subsequent payments.

I have been through the options and I can not see how to enable it. Can someone let me know how to do this please?

Hi, Just managed to integrate the header and footer into WHMCS but I run into a small problem. <td style="padding:15px"> That is the problem. When the above statement is present inot the header.tpl file it pushes all the WHMCS content down the page. The problem is that it pushes it quiet a bit down the page. So there is a lot of white space between the header the the first line of WHMCS. I tried to decrease the 15px to something smaller but it take no effect (zero px will show the page identical as it was when 15 px was there). If I remove te statement then what is happening is that I get this: Support You are here: Support Welcome to our Support Area. ABOVE the header picture and the rest (Client area, Knowledge Base etc) below the header picture. Does anyone know how to fix this so that all WHMCS content is present below the header without a lot of whitespace in between? Thanks.

Hi, I have my site with Frames (yeah I know but Im not a reat coder...). Anyway I have found out that PayPal subscription is now broked as PayPal does not allow their page to be displyed in a Frame Can someone help with with the order forms (all 3 of them please) - what I want to achive is that when the customers have gone through the ordering process and the PayPal is just about to be displayed (for payment) to open the PayPal page in a new browser window. Once payment has gone or not gone through close the PayPal window and go back to WHMCS pages to the next step (order successful or not etc). This will enable me to keep my Frames and get it to work with PayPal too. Is this something that can be done? Can anyone explain to me what I need to do to achieve this? Thanks guys.

OK I have found that ifram or frames are not working now (they used work just fine a while back). Anyway, is there a way to make the pay button or the PayPal redirect page open up in a new browser (so is out of the iframe statement)?

Hi, Recently I noticed this problem with PayPal subscription for new accounts - users make the order, created their account in WHMCS and then they are forwarded to the paypal site for payment and for creating the subscription. They go through the process and at the end of it they type in the security number. However PayPal keep refusing to accpet the number!! So they try again and again but it never goes through. Have you guys seen this before (I have tried it myself and it behaves like described). Coult it be that because I use Iframe in my html??

Hi Matt, Ok that makes sense now. I tought that the uRL you used is just an example of a not yet implemented feature And as for the new msg in Products - that worked perfectly!! Is just that in my testing I added a new msg for Domains which of course did not show up in the drop down box. Thanks again for your help.

Also I want to sell SSL certificates - again the welcome email that I choose from in the admin section is hosting, dedicated and reseller. All of those will send the wrong info to my clients.

Hi Matt, Not quiet sure what you actually said From the chnage log in version 2.3: "Added support to allow the ordering of just domain names" How can a user then order a Domain Name only we you say that it can not be done via packages and products? What am I not uderstanding here?
