I am the Full Administrator of my WHMCS, when i click on tickets awaiting reply i get this message "You are not assigned to any ticket departments so cannot view or reply to any tickets
"????
-There are two departments in my system.
-Iam Full Administrator.
How can i fix this??????

I have setup AlertPay, Bank Transfer and MoneyBookers, But moneybookers is not visible on order page?
- I have enable the "Show on order page" option for all
- Alertpay and Bank transfer are visible on order page.
Any Guess whats the problem?????

I am trying to use moneybookers with my WHMCS, i have a problem in integration, in payment gateway setup WHMCS asks for "Merchant email address" and "Secret Word"(Must match what is set in the Merchant Tools section of your MoneyBookers Account).
Question is : i dont find Merchant Tools in my moneybookers and so the Secret Word, Where do i find this??????????
