Yeah, I'd have to agree on this I purchased the vBLink product ( I had bough-ten the source code version so I can of course look into/correct the issue myself ). But I was presented with the inability to install it, and no help from them upon requesting/posting tickets in their system the most I got was my ticket closed and no response at all. So I quit attempting to use the product and just begun writing my own hooks to preform the actions I desire.
