I have done everything correct with setting up DirectI but it still doesnt register domains. When registering a domain, i have to do it manually which means i need to do all the details myself. Please help, matty

yes i agree. You should add the email too because i need their email to contact them. I have to go to WHMCS to find their email! Please add this option.

Well it was ok when i had WHMCS 2.4. Today i found out 2.5 was released, so i upgraded to that. Now, i have a free account product. Whenever someone signs up, that order goes into the "pending accounts" thing, even if it is active. It is automatic, which means the account is made straight away, so what reason does it have to go into pending??? Is this supposed to happen? Can you stop it from going into pending?
