I used the WHMCS slightly different than most people.
all our client orders are entered manually through the admin portal
but i wish to have the client login to their client area and the first time they login --> i want to have the terms and conditions screen popup that they must approve before proceeding to the client area.
Is that possible to do? any advice, recommendations?

everytime the first invoice is generated, it always includes the setup fee and the first monthly fee.
is there a way to only have it automatically generate the invoice with the setup fee ONLY.. and not the monthly fee
when creating a ticket in the admin page from one department to another, I dont want it to send an email to my client that the ticket was opened
is there a way to assign a ticket to a client without having emails sent to client that a ticket is opened and for the client not to receive a response of such tickets.
- when the user wants to view the to-do list. they will only be able to see their assigned to-do list and no one else.
- ability to group to-do tasks into groups and name these groups ( this is happening on a separate admin page to control the to-do list)
- ability to auto-populate the to-do task based on the product selected in the order ( this will only happen ONLY when the order status is active.)
- ability to control which role user will handle/view which client
- ability to control which role user will handle which to-do tasks for that specific client
- ability to control which to-do task group assigned to which client
- ability to assign multiple to-do task group to multiple role users.
- ability to have the to-do list "due date" auto populate based on the day the order was marked "active"
for example: here is a sample list of to-do's
day 5 - task #3
day 6 - task #5
day 8 - task #6
day 8 - task #7
day 10 - task #8
the due date will be automatically populated based on the date the order was marked "active" ( for example January 3rd 2011)
so task #3 will be due date : January 7 2011
and so on..
- when the to-do task is marked completed , it should disappear from the to-do list, but when an admin or supervisor access the list he can view or generate a report of what tasks were completed and the date they are marked as completed.
- ability to have a tab in the client profile ( only viewed by supervisor and super admin) to be able to control and view which to-do group and which user is assigned to that client.

I am trying to setup the payment of a product to have a setup fee and a monthly fee, but i saw that WHMCS doesnt have that features, when i went to code it, i saw that the PHP code is encrypted..
my question is , is it possible to do what i want for the setup /monthly fee in WHMCS?
and second question: how much freedom do i have in customization?
I have various packages/products in WHMCS
each client has his own unique price..
I always have a setup fee and a Monthly recurring fee.
Is there a way to have price override as two fields : setup fee and Recurring Fee?
Is there a way to have the to-do list only be viewed by the user I assign the to do list task to ?
basically if i assign 10 task to a certain person , i only want them to see those 10 tasks and not any other tasks
