  1. Hi, I have some hosting packages offers free domain and some not. When a client orders the hosting with free domain then he will be invoiced both together stating domain price $0.0. When billing for second year, it should Generate one invoice again includes the item domain price $0.0 in same invoice where hosting service also being billed and it should not allow to billed separately which may tend to renew the domain automatically. I noticed for second invoice onward, it does not include the them domain in that invoice and also it does not automatically renew the domain automatically. If the payment received, it automatically renews the domain as well as the hosting package adding new expiry date. Some clients purchased domain and hosting seperately. Later deciding to move to the hosting package with free domain. So I simply change the hosting package to the one offers free domain and set the new price. Then in domain, I set the recurring price to $0.0. And I always making sure the next due date for the hosting and domain is same. Still this makes huge issue that domain and hosting getting billed separately. Since the domain price has set to $0.0, it marks the invoice paid then renews the domain. If client decide not to pay for renewal, then it is a loss because domain already renewed. I still thinking how to solve this?. If anyone knows solution please share. Thanks.
  2. I do not see any errors there. The problem was only in receiving order confirmation by clients. We/admins received email if a new order placed. Another problem was same order was being placed four times and four invoices created. So I just removed the if condition in the "Order confirmation" email template and everything turned back to normal. I think the problem was caused by that if condition in "Order confirmation" email template. I wish to know any thing wrong in the way I used the condition or? Thanks.
  3. Hello, I'm having a problem since yesterday the order confirmation email not being sent to clients when they place a new order. There is no problem in other emails. Actually I tried to change the message of order confirmation email in email templates. I tried to to customize the message according to the package client chosen. I added the conditions like ----------- {if $service_product_name eq "Special-Package"} Message1 {else} Message2 {/if} ----------- The perticular email template is not disabled but that email not being sent If anyone know why it is happening and the solution please let me know. Thanks.
  4. Hello all, I have a requirement to configure my whmcs to offer a free hosting account with each domain purchase. When a client place the order for domain, he may be asked a question whether he want a free hosting account (We can skip this if difficult to setup but still I need to offer the free hosting). If he select yes, then automatically the hosting account also should created along with domain registration if he pay the invoice. For now I created a new product for that hosting package to offer with each domain purchase. And set the price to 0.00 for (recurring) annual payment option and disabled all the other payment terms by placing "-1". So how I can further continue this to fulfil my requirement. Any help appreciated. Additional question (Reverse setup to my original question): I have setup to offer free domain with some packages. When they place the new order the domain also included in invoice marked with price 0. But in renewal invoice the domain is not included and I'm scared domain will be renewed automatically even if they don't make the payment. So please help me to fix this as well. (Screen shot attached to show how settings done for auto invoice generation and in product configuration) Thanks in advance.
