  1. Ok thanks guys, I will give both of these a try. Thanks again. Nick
  2. Hi all, I have slightly tweaked my New Account Information email over and over however it still shows as a phishing message in peoples mail clients. Any ideas?
  3. OK I figured it out. I have a configurable option of additional disk space. I used the "-1.00" parameter to disable the setup and price fields for the "None" option. Obviously this parameter is not the same across the board and is what was causing the problem. Changed to 0.00 and its OK. Hope this helps somebody else in the future if they make the same error. Nick
  4. Whats odd is that each new signup seems to get a $1 discount. There are no promotions setup either
  5. Additionally if it was to do with the setup fee i would expect the first payment to be more than the recurring
  6. Hi Bear, Thanks for your reply, however all the setup fee fields are 0.00 Should I perhaps set them to -1.00 to disable?
  7. Hi all, When new customers are setup, whether it be manually or automatically, there seems to always be a $1 difference between the first payment amount and the recurring. Example below from one of the welcome emails. First Payment Amount: $18.33NZD Recurring Amount: $19.33NZD I have searched high and low and cannot figure out what is triggering the difference. Any ideas? Nick
  8. Bloody brilliant, Kudos to you my friend, thanks for your help.
  9. Ok thanks James. I just set the " Convert To For Processing " parameter to USD. I guess that was the cause!?
  10. Just a thought, but could it be because I have enabled several currencies within WHMCS, therefore when a client chooses a different currency than my main currency in 2CO (USD) that regardless of the currency they chose on my billing page, 2CO sees that amount as USD?
  11. Hi all, I'm in a bit of a pickle with orders going through my WHMCS. Here is the scenario. A product of mine costs $6.99 USD The client can select one of several currencies and in this case he chose NZD bringing the total to $8.48NZD The client then proceded to pay through 2CO and they charged him $8.48USD not NZD WHMCS reported back that I had recieved the $6.99USD (minus the merchant fees) and all invoices show a total amount of $8.48NZD to the client. What's strange is that everything in WHMCS seems fine. 2CO said its WHMCS at fault and the customer has been overcharged. Can any body shed any light on this? Thanks in advance. Nic
