I have used configurable options with many of our other products successfully, but I do not see how to push the settings to Plesk. For example, I want the customer to be able to choose how many mailboxes they want. I have tried naming it Mailboxes, max_boxes, and anything related that I can think of but nothing ever changes in Plesk. Is there a guide or can someone point me in the right direction?

I am looking for a script/cron job to auto-close the account after the customer has either no products or they are all cancelled/terminated?
